There was also positive correlation (r = 0.30, p < 0.05; r = 0.27, p < 0.05) between subscale 5 'understanding biological and psychological treatments', and subscale 3' knowledge of etiology and triggers of depression, and subscale 4, 'knowledge of symptoms' respectively.

The study provides the descriptive statistical values for each questionnaire item, the relationships between subscales and the connections between the subscales and background variables, such as gender, career level and school type.
