After revealing the correlation between chromosomal interaction frequency and gene regulations such as gene expression and epigenetic modifications (Additional file 1: Figures S9 and S10) in E2-treated and control conditions, respectively, we wanted to further quantitatively measure the difference of chromosomal interactions between the E2-treated and control conditions.
The increasing trend of the column bar height from left to right indicates a positive correlation between the DNA interaction frequency and corresponding PPI frequency of their protein products.
