RQ1: What is the correlation between grade level and students' knowledge of high school requirements for STEM careers?
A one-way analysis of variance was conducted to evaluate the relationship between grade level and each of the following factors: (1) mathematics anxiety, (2) mathematics self-efficacy, and (3) value of mathematics.
Difference in the work environment and in the sources of stress between grade levels (notably, pupils' attitudes and relationships with teachers, which evolve with age) is probably a key element underlying the contrasting pattern of associations between grade level and burnout dimensions.
