In the current study, we assessed performance of the process retrospectively by comparing the allele frequency estimates with results from conventional genotyping and observed a strong concordance between both methods even at low read depths of less than 10× where reliable sequencing data can be difficult to achieve [ 39].
Such an agreement between both methods suggests that, at the solid/liquid interface and on the solid/gas interface, the adsorption was mainly controlled by geometric parameters and no specific interaction was observed and physisorbed water did not played a significant role in adsorption process on three from four studied carbons.
The Spearman correlation coefficient between both methods, however, was 0.77 at baseline and 0.63 after dobutamine-infusion.
Disparity in support values between both methods is known to occur at short internodes, where Bayesian inference appears to better exploit the relatively small number of informative characters [ 10].
Table II shows that, as expected, RMSE for the estimation of CL (Fig. 2), V, and the covariate effect magnitude θmale (Fig. 3) were equal between all methods at both 10%and50%0% of missingness.
During the PBGI tree traversal procedure, we introduce a single-receiver traversal scheme for incoherent receivers, a packet traversal scheme for coherent receivers, as well as logic for dynamically switching between these methods at run-time.
In IM we distinguish between change methods at the individual level and change methods at the environmental level (see Table 2).
This makes it impossible to do a more exhaustive and detailed analysis of the differences between various methods at the level of concrete annotations.
There were no differences between the methods at group level; however, differences occurred at the individual level and the largest differences were between pairwise comparisons and the five point rating scale.
