We examined associations between arsenic and lung cancer.
The inferred relationship between arsenic and lung cancer is established in CTD via curated interactions with 18 genes.
This network suggests that these genes may function coordinately and form a basis for investigating a mechanistic connection between arsenic and lung cancer.
