Based on the experimental results of our devices, it is observed that the superlattice with fewer periods has better detectivity, responsivity, wider range of the operational temperature, and more flexible miniband engineering than the conventional multiple quantum well infrared photodetector.
In virtue of the co-supporting conductive network, percolation threshold of the CF/CB/PP composite was reduced apparently upon the addition of 8 wt.% CF.
