To calculate relative risk scores on more than 2,600 U.S.-traded stocks, our proprietary model ranks stocks on five measures of share-price volatility over the past 60 months: beta, standard deviation, up-market performance, down-market performance and worst three-month performance.

Importantly, independent measurements with in vitro translated alpha and beta standard proteins for each primary NRX isoform (each quantified based on different PTPs) yielded highly similar results for pan-NRX amounts as well as the contents of alpha and beta isoforms.
Independent replication in Meta-Stroke confirmed the rs505922 association with stroke, beta (standard error, SE) = 0.066 (0.02), p = 0.001, a finding specific to large-vessel and cardioembolic stroke (p = 0.001 and p = < 0.001, respectively) but not seen with small-vessel stroke (p = 0.811).
After each run, as shown graphically in Figure 2, a matrix, D, of observed data is generated and analysed by GLM, and the estimates (beta, standard error and z-score), obtained from the GLM fit, are stored in three distinct vectors.
