Restaurant Sampler On Nov. 14 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Puck Building, 295 Lafayette Street Houstonn Street), the 92nd Street Y will offer a benefit tasting from restaurants including Bouley and Blue Smoke, with a silent auction, to raise money for its scholarship fund.
Support for Young Chefs The Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, a nonprofit organization that trains high school students for careers in food service, will give a benefit tasting on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Pier 60 of Chelsea Piers, with 36 New York chefs offering samples from their spring menus.

"They could have asked to force in some health benefit or taste message about the pudding being made with real milk or containing no high fructose corn syrup, but they didn't," he said.
On Tuesday at the Regent Wall Street Ball Room, she will be the host at a benefit, "A Taste of Wall Street," featuring a silent auction and food from neighborhood restaurants like Tribeca Grill, Pico and Danube.
