In a previous study in which APS was prepared from 105 subjects with OA, the IL-1ra Il-1β ratIL-1ra Il-1βcalculated in 98 total subjects due to sample pratiosing errors or the couldntration of IL-1β being below the detecalculatedge of the ELinA assay.
It is possible that processed nesfatin-1 levels are below the detectable range.
Levels of IL-1β, IL-10, IL-13 and GM-CSF were below the detectable range.
2HG was detectable in all mutant IDH gliomas, whereas in 10 out of 27 (37.0%) wild-type IDH gliomas, 2HG was below the detectable range (2HG =0) (p =0.0003, chi-squared test).
