We have previously shown that HRM is a highly sensitive technique to detect mutations in mCRC, being significantly more sensitive and cheaper than standard Sanger sequencing [ 17], combining high sensitivity with the ability to detect novel mutations.
In this study we have identified primary B-precursor and T-ALL cells as being particularly susceptible to the cytotoxic effects of CGs, being significantly more sensitive than CLL cells and PBMCs.
Our results suggest, in accordance with previous studies [11], that there is a bifurcation of contextual information processing, with the PPA being significantly more sensitive to normal visual appearance, and the retrosplenial cortex responding relatively stronger to abnormal contextual processing.
