The phrase "behold by" does not make sense and is not grammatically correct.
The word "behold" means to see or observe, while "by" is a preposition used to indicate the agent performing an action. The two words do not go together in this way. If you want to use "behold" in a sentence, it can be used as follows: "Behold the beauty of the sunset." This means to look at or observe the beauty of the sunset. If you want to use "by" in a sentence, it can be used as follows: "The book was written by a famous author." This means that the author is the agent who wrote the book. Here is an example sentence using both "behold" and "by" correctly: "Behold the magnificent painting created by a famous artist." This means to look at or observe the painting that was created by the artist.
