The organisation of a community can be conditioned by past experience (collectively habituated to past environmental conditions) in the same sense, and with the same consequences for collective behaviours at the community level, as connectionist models of memory and learning.
The primary aim of the programme is to equip young participants with the knowledge, skills and experience to mediate conflicts and promote peace among their peers, thereby promoting proactive, prompt and positive ways to dealing with conflict and managing violent behaviours at the community level.
