Karl Sineath Boston, Nov. 29, 2010 To the Editor: While classroom behavior and completion of homework often correlate with a student's command of the material, especially in middle school, this is not always the case.
Since then, methods of measuring behavioral outcomes have thankfully gotten better and according to a study conducted in 2002, there was a marked improvement in the students' behavior after completion of a residential treatment program.
The purpose was to let them experience the beneficial effects of sports and to stimulate them in such a way that they would be able to continue this behavior after completion of the program.
The points included in the check list were: a brief description of the importance of oral health and the objectives of the OHE session, a full coverage of the OHE contents in a sequential manner, proper use of posters, the use of layman language, ensuring active participation and appreciation of a positive behavior, timely completion of the session allowing time for questioning.
At this stage they have an alpha release but need the crowdfunding to finance additional features such as a dynamic layout for correcting imprecise typing behavior and auto completion with support for multiple languages.
