The average transmittance measured by UV vis spectroscopy over the visible wavelength range of 400 to 800 nm was greater than 80% before ZnO NR growth, which decreased to 75% after NR growth.
For NR samples, before-treatment quasispecies variants tended to group with quasispecies found after 12 weeks of treatment, and post-therapy sequences grouped together in another branch.
Before reaching the Nr receiving antennas, the transmitted signals are affected by the propagation channel, which can be modeled by the propagation matrix Hm,k.
Despite a significant increase in CVP after fluid challenge in all patients (12, 10 to 13 mmHg to 13, IQR11, 7 to 15 mmHg, P = 0.0001), there was no difference in CVP between R and NR before (P = 0.15) or after volume expansion (P = 0.49).
