It has recently been reported that E. histolytica can ingest human h-Lf; moreover, this protein is transported in acid vesicles.
Since it has been reported that increases in the LF/HF ratio and decreases in HF power were associated with mental fatigue [ 11, 13], increased LF/HF ratio and reduced HF power seem to be a characteristic feature of mental fatigue.
