Many details contained in the newly released files have been previously reported, including bin Laden's desire to target Obama so that an "unprepared" Vice President Biden would be thrust into the Oval Office.
Thirteen of these genes had not been previously reported, including the important enzymes geraniol-10-hydroxylase (G10H), secologanin synthase (SCS), and strictosidine synthase (STR) (Table 2).
Only five cases have been previously reported, including a 28 month old boy [ 4], one child [ 1], one teenager [ 5], and two adults [ 2, 3].
Most of these predictors have been previously reported, including age [ 5, 14, 16, 20, 21], comorbidity [ 14, 16, 21] and illness severity [ 5, 6, 16, 18].
Only 2 cases of human infection caused by this rickettsia had been previously reported, including infection in a patient returning to France from Morocco, and another in a patient in South Africa (9, 10 ).
As suggested, we performed WISH to look at the expression of 3 additional wound-induced genes that have been previously reported, including egr-3, fos-1 and jun-1, which are homologs of the "immediate early genes".
Some of these variables that have not been previously reported include the absence of headache (related with septicemia and meningitis rather than meningitis alone), bulging fontanelle, grunting and poor feeding on admission (physical signs encountered in infants), vomiting on admission and a positive blood culture or CSF gram stain.
Six of the 17 genes had the same allele expressed as was previously reported, including all 4 genes previously reported as imprinted in cattle (Table 6).
The short-term complications were previously reported, including the only treatment-related death at 53 days from a posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (patient 9).
Tolerability and safety measures have been previously reported, and included treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), laboratory evaluations, physical examinations (including body mass), vital signs and electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters [ 20].
The remaining pathogenic variants in our cohort have not been previously reported and include a splice site variant (c.711-3C>G c.711-3C>Gent nonsense varecurrent94C>T, p.R32*, nonsensea single-exon 6 deletion (arr[GRCh37] 22q11.21[chr22:20,042,250-20,048,850]), and two missense variants (c.94C>T, p.R32*; c.265G>T, p.G89C) (Fig. 4).
