In both cases near-ideal response characteristics are obtained, when including the quasi-static correction of the modal properties.
Similar results were obtained when including TMEDA in the base mixture in bulk THF (Table 5, entry 4).
In contrast, a much cleaner structured environment with only a slight overlap was obtained when including SNPs within each of the flanking regions (fig. 6 B).
Sensitivity analyses were systematically performed to assess if different results were obtained when including or excluding the programs with the highest numbers of patients (namely, Sudan [N = 971], Uzbekistan [N = 560], and Nepal [N = 540]).
