Some statistical indexes such as Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Absolute Fraction of Variance R22), which are mainly used for evaluating the efficiency and accuracy of models, have been determined as 1.5%, 0.05 J Cm−2d−1 and 99% respectively.
To demonstrate the feasibility and analytical performances of the method, miRNA-21 was determined as a model analyte.
