Capacity and power factor of BESS are optimized jointly in [6] to reduce loss of distribution network and improve voltage stability through coordination of BESS with photovoltaic (PV).
In contrast, downlink optimization is generally a nontrivial task because the user SINRs depend on all optimization variables and have to be optimized jointly.
In SC SIC, the precoders and decoding orders have to be optimized jointly.
