DNA ligase IV (LIG4) is the NHEJ-specific ligase; its stability is increased by interaction with the X-ray repair cross complementing-4 (XRCC4) protein (Bryans et al, 1999).
The low intrinsinc GTPase activity of Ras is increased by interaction with GAP (GTPase activating protein) which hydrolizes bound GTP and turns off Ras signaling [ 24].
This indicates that the conformation of Rad52 was changed by the binding of the ssDNA−pRPA complex, and/or the affinity of Rad52 for ssDNA is increased by interaction with the ssDNA−pRPA complex.
However, the affinity of metazoan Class II eIF4E, to bind mRNA 5′-caps is increased by interaction with a variety of partner proteins that, along with metazoan Class II eIF4E function to repress specific mRNA translation [ 38, 39, 43, 71].

Overall, these studies have revealed that aspirin's reactivity can be increased by structural interactions that increase binding affinity for either steric blocking of enzymatic transformations, or the covalent acetylation of nucleophilic functional groups to render proteins enzymatically dead.
Moreover, the migration of metastatic breast cancer cells can be increased by the interaction of CD44v3, 8 to 10 with ankyrin promoted by Rho kinase [ 31].
Thus any relatively stable interaction between two NM-protein filaments will be further stabilized if a given DNA loop interacts with both filaments, but also the stability of the DNA loop shall be increased by the interaction with both protein filaments, resulting in a self-reinforcing structural stability that operates at the scale of the whole interphase nucleus.
Our solution to this task has been implemented under the assumption that articles should be considered relevant if they are related to the target entity provided as input and additionally, their relevance should be increased by the presence of interactions in which the target chemical is involved.
