In the B1s spectrum (Fig. 5b), the peak can be fitted using two components: B N bond (190.4 eV) and B O bond (191.2 eV).
For further reference, based on the monthly emission of radioCs until the end of 2011 estimated by TEPCO 2012, the primary emission decrease can be fitted using two exponential laws with half-time constants of 2.3 days (±2 %) and 48 days (±23 %).
Figure 2 shows results of the deconvolution of the PL spectra of the samples H, M, and L. It is found that PL spectra of all samples in the whole spectral range can be fitted using four components: B, G, and two PL bands in the red and near infrared ranges that are labeled as R1 and R2.
The electromigration cumulative percent lifetime probability of dual Damascene Cu/SiLK interconnects was fitted using three, individual lognormal functions where the functional populations were grouped by void growth location determined from focused ion beam failure analysis of all 54 of the stressed structures.
The As 3d core level spectra of As40S60 nanolayers (both as-deposited and illuminated by green laser light) are fitted using three components: arsenic bonded to three sulfur atoms As S3 (1, 1'), arsenic bonded to two sulfur, and one arsenic atoms As S2As (2, 2') and finally, arsenic bonded to one sulfur and two arsenic atoms As SAs2 (3, 3').
The same data is fitted using two forms of the TOS decay function.
The dissolution profiles were fitted using four analytical models: the equilibrium streamtube model (ESM), the advection dispersion model (ADM), the power law model (PLM) and the Damkohler number model (DaM).
Equation (4) was fitted using two different approaches.
The experimental Raman spectrum is fitted using two Gaussian functions centered at 501 and 460 cm−1.
Moreover, the O 1s core-level spectra of the cross-linked CCIONPs were fitted using two peaks at 532.3 and 534 eV.
