There are two successive tasks to be done for runtime binding.
There are a lot of controls they didn't show and must be done for further consideration: 1) Is ORC binding in fact fine?
This can be done, for example, by changing plasma protein binding [ 123, 124], inhibition of a particular efflux transporter [ 125], blocking particular receptors [ 126, 127], or by induction of a pathological state [ 113, 128] and enabling us to learn about the contribution of individual processes in CNS target site kinetics [ 17] and dynamics [ 129, 130].
The summation is done for all binding sites in the window with i being the iteration index, n75 is the number of homotypic neighbors (i.e., Crx-Crx, Nrl-Nrl, or Nr2e3-Nr2e3 pairs) within ±75 bp, m75 is the number of heterotypic neighbors (i.e., Crx-Nrl pairs etc).
