I inherited the list of mutational driver genes across 28 malignancies from our recent study [ 10], which identified them on the basis of three methods that exploit complementary signals of positive selection of the pattern of mutations in the genes in the tumorigenic process [ 10, 13].
The SNP effects were estimated on the basis of two different methods: 1) Ridge Regression Best Linear Unbiased Predictor (RR-BLUP) implemented in R package rrBLUP [ 65] and 2) Generalized Ridge Regression (GRR) implemented in R package bigRR [ 38].
It is designed on the basis of four classification methods: stepwise discriminant analysis, stepwise logistic regression; intuitionistic fuzzy Voronoi diagrams and non-pulmonary weaning index, applied to 17 features (variables).
Light ring years distinguished on the basis of each of these two methods differed considerably especially in the poorly replicated parts of the chronology.
The conclusive diagnostic criteria of SFD are based upon the detection of staphylococcal enterotoxins in food [ 26], or recovery of at least 10 S. aureus g−1 from food remnants [ 19]. In this section, we present the theoretical basis of two numerical solution algorithms, namely the uniformization method and the Krylov subspace method.
