On the basis of high resolution data available on individual resonance parameters (Eo,Jπ,Γn) for s- and p-wave neutrons, mass and energy dependence formulae for the parity distribution in the nuclear level density have been proposed which supports the fact of equipartition of parities at high excitation energies.
