Three additional treatment applications took place on a roughly weekly basis at the second through fourth visits (V2- V4), followed by a fifth and final treatment application seven months post-randomization as part of the fifth visit (V5).

Firstly, considering just the 1st, 2nd and 3rd "canonical" P-box positions at Figure 3 (E153 from community 3; G154 from community 2 and G157, also from community 3), it can be noted that just the first one between them make apparent significant and specific hydrogen bonds with the nitrogenous basis at the third basis-pair and have its aliphatic chain in proximity at the fourth basis-pair.

The regeneration treatments were: an irregular, two-aged shelterwood cut (2A), with 5.0 m2/ha residual basal area; a shelterwood cut (SW), with 9.0 m2/ha residual basal area; a group selection cut (GS), with 0.10 0.20 ha openings and 25% overstory removal on area basis at first entry; fourth, the control, consisted of two uncut sites (UC).
Two reasons for a high number of minor soft tissue injuries being treated on an indoor basis at the hospital were first the individual delay in seeking health care that led to complications, and second the long commuting distances that made travel for most patients both logistically and monetarily less feasible for daily dressings.
As a further check we also reconstructed the gene trees on the basis of nucleotide sequences at the second codon position that shows little differences in GC content between species (Table 1), as suggested by Delsuc, Phillips and Penny [ 29].
Further by comparing to a global standardization method, the mixture model based data transformation demonstrated superior properties for data integration and provided solid basis for building classifiers at the second stage.
