Lots of jobs are now advertised online and finding them requires basic internet skills, welfare and other government services are increasingly accessed through the Gov.uk portal, and utilities, financial services and consumer goods are often cheaper online.
It is a very complex problem that includes illegal guns, a culture of violence, and sometimes a lack of problem solving skills....police definitely know who the gang members are, and anyone with even basic internet skills can find YouTube and Instagram accounts with photos of guns and drugs.
