To explore whether there was serial selection of mutations in these epitopes, i.e. whether the first escape mutation served as a baseline form for added selected mutations, we grouped all variants of each major escape form as a lineage, and tested whether or not the frequencies of secondary mutations around each of the most-common selected mutations were Poisson-distributed.
In all subjects, about half (44 59%) of the baseline viral population consisted of a single dominant R5 V3 form; the three most common baseline forms accounted for the majority (86 93%) of the population in each sample (Fig. 2).
Parents received gift cards for completing questionnaires; amounts increased from $15 for baseline forms to $30 at the 6-month follow-up and $40 at the 12-month follow-up.
All doctors received a folder containing written information specific to groups A, B, or C of the study including the slides of the training, the current dementia guideline and the baseline documentation forms for 10 patients.
The model is presented in its baseline form in Section 2, parameterised for a 'mainly cereals' farm typical of the eastern part of England.
At the baseline visit, the following CRF materials are completed: registration form (for enrollment in the ANSWER Program®), diagnosis form, background form, history of examinations/treatments form, baseline form, and menarche form (if appropriate).
Additional training materials included the legal framework for family planning services in Guatemala, a flipchart describing family planning methods, a presentation of baseline results, a form for requesting family planning supplies, a guide to fill out the family planning supply request form, and the supervisors' observation guide for family planning visits described above.
The same extraction form for baseline characteristics, efficacy and safety endpoints will be distributed to each of the participating centres.
In the ongoing process followed during steering group meetings, the outcomes of the baseline assessment formed the basis for further action, which was repeatedly evaluated in each steering group meeting (see Fig. 1).
This was done to provide the baseline exchange for both forms so there would be a reference for comparison when each form was bound to the inhibitors.
