In contrast, rearrangements involving entire genes were visualized as a shift of the baseline corresponding to backbone probes in the intergenic regions.
A similar caveat applies to the interpretation of the differences seen in small subgroups defined by the combination of NRTI backbone and baseline viral load (Fig. 1b).
