The most common CAM therapies used in the treatment of epilepsy include: mind-body therapies, such as reiki and yoga; biologic based therapies, such as herbal remedies, dietary supplements and homeopathy; manipulative-based therapies, such as chiropractic [ 8].
The majority of CAM users relied on biological based therapies such as garlic, moringa, dandelion, bitter leaves and herbal preparations.
More over, evidence based therapies such as β-blockers, ACE-inhibitors and statins should not be withheld in this subgroup [ 22].
Therefore, ER tumours are treated using anti-estrogen based therapies such as tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors and Her2 over-expressing tumours can be targeted with the anti-Her2 therapy trastuzumab.
[ 6] Given the unclear benefit of the existing neck pain therapies and given the inadequate consideration of psychosocial patient characteristics in clinical guidelines, further research is needed on which patients might rather benefit from psychosocial interventions than from immediate somatically based therapies such as medicinal or manipulatory therapy.

Nonetheless, several drawbacks to TIL-based therapy, such as the need for surgery to obtain tumor tissue, the long time and high costs required to develop sufficient numbers of TIL, mandates the development of alternative or complementary cell-based approaches.
