Figure 10 shows the basic schematics of the loop configuration by which pupil tracking is aimed to enhance the correction done based on wavefront sensing.
After the control algorithms were programmed in both C++ and Labview, the adaptive optics of the imaging system comprised of five elements, the deformable mirror, the wavefront sensor, the control algorithm based on wavefront sensing, the pupil tracker and finally the control algorithm based on pupil tracking.
