Migration is based on utility value associated with every block in SSD in last time slot based on read/write counts, known as profit caching.
The quality of life component is based on utilities, which are values representing the strength of preferences for health states, anchored on a scale with 1 representing full health and 0 representing dead [ 34, 35].
QALYs were based on utilities (a numeric value ranging from 0 to 1.0, reflecting health status: 0 indicates death, and 1.0 indicates the best health imaginable) calculated using the trapezium rule.
