This study also revealed marginal increases in human, organizational and relational capital over a 5-year period (based on three data collection points).
For analytical purposes these data were separated into two samples, the initial baseline data of 169 assessments (73% of whom were female), and follow-up data from the UK of 154 repeated assessments (based on two further data collection points).
