The anger management program, based on the cognitive-behavioural approach, was implemented on experimental group during seven sessions.
The Clinical Perfectionism Examination (CPE; Riley, Cooper, Fairburn, & Shafran, in preparation) is a 12-item investigator-led interview based on the cognitive-behavioural analysis (Shafran et al., 2002), designed to assess severity of clinical perfectionism.

As illustrated in Figure 1, the conceptual model in this study is based upon the hypothesis that training (including both individually-guided specific neck exercises and graded aerobic training) and education in pain management (based on a cognitive behavioural approach) is better for increasing the patients' physical quality of life, compared with education in pain management alone.
