Based on the time capsule buried by Brisbane's city fathers at the launch of the 1969 Sundale shopping centre, Time Capsule is an audio tour performance that begins at Southport library and moves into Southport central.

This process was repeated using the just the capsule genes to establish the synteny of the capsule loci (Additional file 16: Figure S10), based on the organisation of the capsule loci of the 15 reference strains [ 16].
