Jaccard's coefficient of similarity was measured and a dendrogram based on similarity coefficients was generated by using unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA).
Zhang et al. (2008) proposed the dice coefficient (DC) to measure interaction affinity between two proteins based on similarity of their co-purification patterns.
