The leading hypothesis, based on population genomic evidence, posits that a single hypervirulent B. dendrobatidis lineage is largely responsible for global chytridiomycosis-related amphibian declines and that the emergence of this lineage likely resulted from anthropogenic pathogen transport (9 ).
Special attention is being given to "full-service disease management programs",[ 20] with its key characteristics based on: population identification processes; evidence-based practice guidelines; collaborative practice models; patient self-management education; process and outcome measurement, evaluation and management; and routine reporting/feedback.
However, potentially the biggest challenge for single cell biology will be the inevitable requirement for researchers to forsake established paradigms based on population data in the light of new evidence from the single cell analysis.
These principles can be used by nursing personnel to raise questions about the validity of current practices when compared with evidence-informed expectations based on population health outcome goals [ 9].

Based on general population evidence and findings from two very small trials (total n = 39) that recruited women with PND, in 2006 NICE [ 17] recommended in their guidance on the management of antenatal and postnatal mental health, that health professionals should consider exercise as a treatment for PND.
