Four gene measures of USGSA are proposed to summarize gene effects with different characteristics: the minP and the 2ndP measure gene effects based on a single-SNP association; while the simP and the fishP assess gene effects based on multiple SNP associations with accounting for the number of GWAS SNPs in a gene.
