The training program is based on existing modules that are widely used in the Netherlands and are based on international and national literature [ 18- 23].
Besides the positive interactions detected in the screen, we can also draw conclusions based on the modules that do not interact with any of the peptides present on the array.
PUmPER is based on Ruby modules that can be seamlessly used in Ruby scripts.
The inference is based on module network model that consists of two parts: the module selection part and the network inference part.
This function is based on a module that marks pending results with green, yellow and red flags (like a traffic light) if the sample processing is on time (according to the on-line catalog times), delayed by one day after the expected time for results, or delayed two or more days longer than expected.
More generally, and using likelihood ratio tests, we observed that prognostic models based on module interactions gave better prognostic stratifications of samples than those based on single pathways, supporting the value of such models.
We discuss predictions for the five most interesting modules of the current model: the problem state module, the declarative memory module, the manual module, the visual module, and the aural module (Figures 3 7; note that these predictions are based on module demand traces similar to those shown in Figure 2).
Hierarchically clustered gene expression heatmaps were constructed to show the relative expression patterns of the genes within each module that best represent the module and show significant correlations to the health state, based on module membership and gene significance values.

The PMN model, based on Module Networks (Segal et al., 2003), discovers modules of co-expressed genes, sets of regulators that control their activity, and a path of physical interactions that connects the regulators to their target module (Fig. 1).
