The web-based intervention is based on modules developed in earlier studies targeting smoking cessation and physical activity for the general population [ 11, 27].
Naturally, it is worth examining the relative performance of the search based on modules, as in the case of the pathway search algorithms.
It was based on modules used in other large surveys, but involved a recall period of up to a year and the questions were relatively closed.
For each of the validation schemes (Table 1) we constructed several module-based classifiers (BC, BCC, HCC, S456) based on modules extracted from the datasets indicated in the Features column of Table 1.
In addition to observing differences in cell morphology between 2D and 3D culture, we also wanted to use a system based on modules to highlight differences between cellular functions in 2D and 3D.
