When grouped based on KRAS hotspot mutant and ERBB2 amplification status we observed 22 (84.6 %) KRAS+/ERBB2-, one (3.8 %) KRAS-/ERBB2+, two (7.7 %) KRAS+/ERBB2+, and one (3.8 %) KRAS-/ERBB2; however, this last case harboured an ERBB2 p.Asp769Asn mutation rather than amplification.
