Based on different data sources and processing strategies, the real-time products from different analysis centers therefore differ in availability and accuracy.
We find that only networks including interactions based on TAP/MS data differ significantly from the background.
Increasing evidence from DNA sequence data has revealed that phylogenies based on different genes may drastically differ from each other.
Indeed, MHC- B haplotypes, such as the B2 and B15 haplotypes that differ based on serology data and genomic sequence, have the same LEI0258 allele size [ 46].
The ICER of each of the four interventions, based on actual data, also differed from that based on our preferred mapping model (see Table 3) – the most effective intervention (intervention 4) was estimated to be more cost-effective according to our preferred mapping model (ICER = £6,068), compared to when actual data was used (ICER = £13,154).
