These methods are based on compositional analysis of more than 1150 compositions of condensate gases collected worldwide.
Based on ash composition analysis as shown in Table 5, the sodium content in fly ash is higher than in ZD char.
A further study based on scent composition analysis revealed that veratrole and lilac aldehydes emission is reduced four-folds after pollination, while other behaviorally active and non-active compounds remain unaltered [ 10].
Based on micro-composition-analysis, Figure 3a gives a typical EDS pattern, in which only the Co peaks can be indexed within experimental error, and the peaks of elements Cu and C are attributable to copper grid with carbon film.
So far, multiple computational methods have been developed to facilitate HGT detection, which may be loosely categorized into three main strategies based on sequence composition, phylogenetic analysis, or best BLAST matches [ 11– 13].
Two types of methods have been used to detect HGT events in genomic sequences: Phylogenetic methods, based on the examination of the phylogenies of individual genes or proteins; and compositional methods, based on the analysis of DNA composition, which is assumed to contain some evolutionary information in the form of species-specific signatures.
Based on petrographic analysis, chemical composition and visual examination, the studied sandstones of the Vischkuil formation are classified as lithic arenites (Fig. 4) and they show high contents of silica (Table 1) except VS 11, which is characterized by rounded particles, (Fig. 3a).
The purity of a carbohydrate preparation, which is frequently based on an analysis of its composition, is more easily established for monosaccharides and disaccharides than for large, insoluble molecules such as cellulose.
