All morphologically or acoustically distinct species, based on classical taxonomy, could be discriminated with DNA barcodes except four closely allied species pairs.
For some genera, the molecular phylogeny is inconsistent with family placements based on classical taxonomy, implying that the positions of these should be re-evaluated.
