In [5], the rotor speed and aerodynamic torque are estimated by the input and state based estimation with the known pitch angle, the effective wind speed is calculated by the inversion of the static aerodynamic model.
Therefore, we additionally implemented a spline based estimation of the log baseline hazard function.
Weng (2009) noted that emissivity for ground objects from passive sensors like Landsat has been estimated using different techniques such as the (1) NDVI method; (2) classification-based estimation, and the (3) temperature-emissivity separation model.
The equivalences between the BLUEs of the joint estimation, the OSP-based estimation and the differential estimation are summarized in Table 1 and also in Fig. 1.

As before, the BLUEs of the joint estimation, OSP-based estimation, and the differential estimation for the SD-RSS model are evaluated and compared with some LS estimators without a proper whitening.
By studying the relations between the BLUE of the joint estimation, the OSP-based estimation, and the differential estimation, the essence of this paper is to provide some in-depth understanding of coping with unknown nuisance parameters.
In this section, we study the relations between the joint estimation, the OSP-based estimation, and the differential estimation by investigating their corresponding BLUEs, where for the first time, a general differential approach is introduced coping with multiple nuisance parameters.
We have conducted a Monte Carlo simulation with 1000 trials to verify our conclusions, where the BLUEs of the joint estimation, the OSP-based estimation, and the differential estimation are carried out for each one of the discussed time-based models.
The substitution and the interpolation based estimation methods are tested.
