ACE achieved 100.0 % base coverage at ≥20× in approximately 90%% of the MIG genes.
The individual platform rankings based on the number of genes with 100%% base coverage at ≥20×, were ACE (51 genes) > SSCR (39 genes) > NX (36 genes) > SS (15 genes) > NG (12 genes) > and WGS (2 genes) (Additional file 6).
