In fact, Southern blot analysis of CrW genomic DNA digested with Hind III revealed some larger bands when probed with F3H.
TCLs showed multiple positive bands when probed with serum from mice immunized with DT-TCL-M2 and TCL-DT but negative staining when probed with serum from mice immunized with TCL-M2, TCL-NS, and TCL.
