For oversampling or digital frequency domain filtering, set OOB (out-of-band) components to zero, i.e. null all subcarriers greater than N [25].
Particularly strongly marked components were those which migrated in the front of the separation, as well as bands of three components which are characterized by great electrophoretic mobility and weights equaling about 40, 70, and 100 kDa, respectively, as it can be concluded from the comparison between migration mobility of these components and migrations of reference markers.
