Generally, a shorter average size of sRNAs compared to sRNAs from other bacteria was also reported from Streptomyces coelicolor[ 7].
For instance, although B. pseudomallei has been isolated from rectal swabs of melioidosis patients, overgrowth of enteric bacteria was also reported.
