The phrase "axis reflections" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to geometry, mathematics, or physics when discussing the concept of reflecting shapes or objects across an axis.
Example: "In geometry, axis reflections can be used to create symmetrical shapes by flipping them over a designated line."
Alternatives: "mirror reflections" or "axis symmetries".
