The phrase "axis inclined" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to geometry, physics, or any discussion involving angles or orientations of axes.
Example: "In this model, the axis inclined at a 45-degree angle allows for a more efficient distribution of forces."
Alternatives: "tilted axis" or "angled axis".
